what is the essence of my exsistance

kench_838I’m a big fan of cooking shows from international cooking shows to our very own local cooking show so as a tribute to my favorite cooking shows I cooked pasta for my self that has a influence of both local and international cooking show, although I wasn’t sure before on how I’m going to start and what are the ingredients am I going to use, same thing as how am I going to make it unique and very me. Lastly, of course the most important thing and major concern of mine is how it will going to taste. Anyways to make the story short after thinking all the factors that gives me worries I finally decided to use fessiti or the corkscrew pasta and “TAHONG” for my very own pasta.

First I prepare all the ingredients I will going to use, then I started steaming my “tahong” while broiling my pasta (I have to make sure my pasta is al dente or else I don’t know what will happen) after 5 minutes my tahong started to open up its shell  I set aside the tahong to give way for my frying pan to start sautéing the garlic, onion and the tomatoes (since I love the seeing the flame everywhere I added the whine as well, then there u go it almost burn my face… hahaha) after the alcohol was reduced I added my mushroom (I decided to add it after the wine was reduced because for sure it will absorb the wine and It will  not taste good) then the tahong. five minutes later when I think all the taste fuse together I finally added my pasta.

Its plating time now…. Yum… yum…. Yum….

 Now let me present to you my very own pasta….
